Join USDOL’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) for a compliance assistance session. Community outreach staff Mildred Kress and Jacob Swier will discuss Fair Labor Standards Act requirements with a focus on record keeping and challenges with CMS’s payroll based journal system, what to expect during a visit from WHD, and common issues frequently encountered by investigators in the long term care industry.
