Summary

This session of the PDPM Master Class Series will focus on lessons learned and operational best practices derived from the experiences of providers achieving successful outcomes under PDPM in areas such as, but not limited to: census stability and admission practices, interdisciplinary operations, coding accuracy, clinical quality and financial outcomes.
 
Learning Objectives:
  1. Identify key updates and operational best practices employed by successful providers under PDPM
  2. Develop strategies to implement solutions to common problem areas providers face under PDPM, and drive continuous quality improvement for clinical and operational goal areas.

Target Audience: Nursing Home Administrators, RAI Coordinators/MDS, Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers/Staff and Leaders, QA Director, Social Services, Staff Development Coordinator, Rehabilitation Services, Board Members.

Series Summary: This 12-part webinar series focuses on developing mastery of the skills required to successfully lead clinical reimbursement excellence under PDPM.

Contact Hours: This program has been submitted, but not yet approved, for Continuing Education for 1.25 total participant hours by NAB/NCERS. Contact KistiBoatright@hcam.org for further information.

In order to receive NHA credits, please supply your NAB ID# with your registration. HCAM will be uploading all credits to the NAB database 2 weeks after the live program, or within 30 days after completion of the training on-demand. If your NAB ID# is not provided, HCAM cannot apply for your credits.

This program will provide participants the opportunity to earn up to 1.25 nurse contact hours. HCAM is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
